FiFi Luke

On Saturday, my ward had an activity entitled "Project Runway." I was assigned to the Paris group and got to be the group's model. My model name was FiFi Luke. Dave was the male model sporting the "Euro-trash" look. We were given 40 minutes and some material to create 2 outfits. Our team won thanks to Beth's amazing design skills. She created a suit out of trash bags and duct tape, and made a top for my dress out of a dress (without cutting it)!

I had so much fun! I especially loved all the comments I got on my runway face and walk. Yesterday, one of the girls came up to me and said that I looked fierce, and that if I were just taller and black, I could have been Tyra Banks walking down the runway. She has no idea what that comment has done to my self-esteem!
