Extreme Home Makeover

Megan, Justin, and Austin are here and will be staying at my house the majority of the time. That meant cleaning time for me. My home looks completely different...I hope I can keep it this way. The only problem is that, while cleaning, I put the cable to connect the camera to the computer in a "safe place." The problem is, I don't remember moving the cable, least of all where that safe place could be. When I find it, I'll post some pictures!

Merry Christmas!

This has been the craziest Christmas imaginable. I went from being the oldest of 5 to the oldest of 11 in a matter of days. Dad and Jeanie got married on December 16th. With that marriage I got step-siblings James (19), Becky (13), and Jake (7). Mom and Chuck got married 3 days later on the 19th, and with that marriage came step-sisters Jaime & Jessica (26) and a little step-brother, Charles (4).

With all this excitement, Christmas was actually pretty calm. Mom gave me a digital camera, which so far has been really easy to use...until just now when I tried to put the pictures on this blog!

Charles got so excited when he opened up a present to find batteries. He said, "That's exactly what I wanted!"

We were having a tough time judging whether Sean had passed up his father yet. So, Uncle Mike went and got the giant level out of the garage to verify that Sean is now taller than Uncle Duane.
